Find a suitable site

Plan for days when both the St, A member of the Coordinator staff, and the Site is available.

Game Site Requirements:

IC and OOC areas:

            Clearly defined and posted

1) At the Game site

2) Over e-mail list

3) Approved by DC before First Game

Will be enforced by Coordinator on Duty

Premise:

If a Premise for the game is set by the ST attach it to the schedule so that it can be made available when this is put out.

Weapons:

Absolutely no weapons displayed freely (unbound) or about the floor area (meaning they must be bound on a wall in some way) or placed in non-game areas,

            or out of the way.

Non-Game areas will store items such as weapons and will not be possible of a member going into, such as a closet or closed area that will not be permitted

anyone that does not live there to enter (Bathrooms for example are not places for these)

Mind-Altering drugs (non-prescription drugs, not over counter, illegal drugs):

Alcohol:

Can be stored in areas that will not come into contact with other things or places members will be or place drinks.

Props:

Props used for Guns/Swords/knifes/or other weapon shaped items are to be on prop cards, even if it is a picture of the item, printed/paste/ or otherwise

            on the paper is acceptable.

Canes:  If they are sword canes, the sword must be removed or the hilt or body must be bound with glue and duck tape or some other kind of identifying tape.

The user must be aware that if the sword should come out at any time then they will face a minimum of 1 week suspension, with a push for more after DC involvement.

If a prop is questionable, contact me and I can tell you if I would approve… but if you don’t think it is a good idea to use, make them take out to their car or

place it in a non-game zone.

Substances in General:

No where on the site (entire property) will Drugs (see above) Alcohol (See above) or weapons be acceptable to use. If someone wants to use these items,

the game needs to be called. If this happens two times, the game site will be moved.

For Games when the DC can not attend:

Membership issues:

Use your best judgment, if need to contact me, you can. But if questionable, you won’t be fired for sending someone home and suspending them for 48 hours,

but it better be a good reason behind it.

This Document proves that the Coordinator on duty has my full support and power over the site. If a Member needs to be sent home, suspend them for 48 hours,

we will sort it out, but you better call me the next day so we can talk about it.

This document also proves that I give the Coordinator on duty the Full power of my position. If a member has a problem with something, send them to me.

I will handle it and sort it out.

Coordinator on Duty will not have more power than a CC in the respect of order and such. If a member thinks you are abusing your position, have them contact me.

If you don’t know what to do… Contact me.
